What we hold about you

To run your access to the Lower-Body Explorer we store exactly four things: your email address, the product you bought, your access expiry date, and sign-in timestamps. There are no passwords (sign-in is by one-time email link), no names, no payment details (payments are handled by the checkout you bought through), no analytics, no trackers, and no advertising cookies.

Why we hold it

To deliver what you purchased (performance of contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The single cookie we set is your sign-in session — strictly necessary, which is why there is no cookie banner.

Where it lives

On a server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany, under a data processing agreement. Sign-in link emails are sent via Brevo (France), also under a DPA. Your data does not leave the EU.

How long we keep it

Your record is deleted automatically 90 days after your access expires. Server access logs keep truncated IP addresses only and are deleted within 14 days.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction and objection — email the controller and it will be done without undue delay. Deleting your record removes your access. You may also complain to your supervisory authority.
